As a new social media platform user with a recently published novel, I was seeking advice about how to use social media most effectivly to publicize my debut novel. I paid for four coaching sessions with Jamie over the last month, each of which was immensely informative and extremely helpful. Jamie talked me through the steps of creating and scheduling posts across different platforms, and helped me to identify what elements of my "brand" I might amplify in promoting the novel and building an interested audience of potential buyers for the novel.

I started a small business last year and began researching ways to grow my business and social media following. Jamie's six-week class on Social Media for non-profits was exactly what I had wanted it to be. As a library director I need to know of, and at least partially understand, various types of social media, both to help our patrons and for our own marketing. Jamie took us through six or seven platforms, and at the end told us to pick our top two favorites to work on, so we wouldn't feel overwhelmed. Everything was highly applicable. Jamie was a very good, informative, and patient instructor who listened to us as well as taught us. It's also great that as part of the course each of his students has the chance to have an individual appointment with him.Thanks, Jamie!
