Techs Carl M and Tyler B came to the residence right on schedule today. They were very pleasant and professional and provided a great service! Their knowledge and ease of installation of our wifi made me feel super secure and very happy to be a Fidelity customer. We had a contractor doing some work at our home and accidentally hit the internet fiber line. Fidelity was quick to set an appointment for the next day. Our technician (Carl M) arrived and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. He was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Fidelity and Carl M.

We have had Fidelity for the last 5 years and I have loved it! Fast speeds and good prices, I pay for the 1gig and in the last five years had only had 2 issues, one the modem was fried by lightning and the 2 needed the echo booster to get better speed in the far backroom. Any time I call I get great customer service and any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

We had to go into the office and get a new router which took a long time and to top it off it was the wrong router!! So instead of going back to the office they sent out tech Carl M which had the old out n the new in even andded an updated adapter box. He Got us connected again and set up with the app all quicker than we could have even drove to the office!! He was efficient, fun and professional!! Thanks Carl! 5*

Just got the Fiber Internet and so far so good. Brandon M was very efficient and knowledgable. The only negative was when I originally put in the order on the website I didn't get a call back like it said I would. I eventually was able to use the chat to get everything handled.

I have been a Fidelity customer since 2018. I have always had great service. Even when things go wrong. They are quick to respond. Today, when the OTHER companies that are putting in fiber and cut our Fidelity line, they came out and fixed it. It took two to fix my problem, it was hot and the end of a work day! Thanks Carl and Kevin for your dedication to service!
