Great company to work with. I would highly recommend Firespring to anyone. Building a new website seemed very overwhelming at first, but they made the process easy, painless and fun. I've been really disappointed in the customer service, timeliness and followup after they purchased a printing company that I have used for many years for my clients. I will likely be looking for another partner for printing to use for my marketing firm.

If you are a nonprofit that only wants to use their website to attract donations, this may be the company to use. However if you're a nonprofit that needs a working website and/or if you are a small nonprofit with no dedicated IT/media person, then I don't recommend Firespring. Also, their associated company, Paymentspring, doesn't actually talk with or work with them so if you have problems with either it is doubly difficult.
