The Flex Media team is client-focused and really makes life easy for the customer. From the start of our relationship, Bill and his team have been responsive, professional and (no surprise) flexible to changes in the scope of our work.

During a half day shoot, we requested an additional half day due to some shots running long and it took all of 30 seconds for the team to make arrangements to get all the shots required. Without that level of agility, we certainly would have lost some of the best footage of the day.

The finished videos were exactly what we had in mind when we contracted them for the work.

We have used Flex Media for video capture and post production and still photography. I would recommend the Flex Media team to any companies looking to enhance their company's communication strategy through digital media.

We absolutely love working with Flex Media for all of our video projects. The Flex team is easy to work with, responsive, and organized. They go above and beyond to make our content stand out. While travel restrictions were in place and we were unable to host in-person events, Flex made it easy to create virtual content.
