We spotted Fremont Public House while walking around Cañon City, and were so glad we stopped in for a drink. The service was incredible, welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. The cocktails were amazing, and definitely the best cocktails in Cañon City.

The actual atmosphere might be the best part. It’s a gorgeous space, and the actual bar is an a beautiful classic wood bar, and it perfectly blends old west saloon vibes with a modern cocktail bar.

What a great place. Service is absolute top notch. From the bartender to the chef who came out to give us a tour. Drinks and food are both amazing.
I can’t wait to come back after their planned renovations. Just to see the historical aspect of the building as a whole

We came in for drinks and had a spectacular afternoon. Shannon at the bar was sweet and friendly and an excellent bar tender. She shared some local history with us and then Chelsea gave us a tour of the restaurant and told us about the plans for the opening next year. This
building has been elegantly restored to perfection. The details are impeccable and the decor is heavenly. Then we met Aiden, the sommelier, another bonus. He is so knowledgeable and introduced us to some excellent new wines! We will be back again, to enjoy the dining all this beauty has to offer! Thank

Got the steak sandwich lunch and it was delicious. Upscale eatery that Cañon City definitely needs. Allowed our dogs on the patio and even gave them some beef bones! Our server Shari was attentive and provided excellent service. Will be back again when we are in Cañon!

Rachel is hands down one of the best mixologists I have ever had make me a drink.
Drinks are always top tier! With on point recommendations and drink flavors and finishes tasting better than I've explained!

The vibe both here,and in the speakeasy are amazing! Highly recommend!

We love coming to Public House St Cloud for drinks. The perfect date night atmosphere. Rachel is the best bartender. Sometimes, we come here for her! Love having this in our small town.
