Excelente servicio. A pesar de tener una emergencia médica inesperada lejos de casa, se comunicaron directamente con nosotros y nos guiaron. Estuvieron muy pendientes y nunca nos sentimos solos. Prometieron un hotel y terminamos en otro, dónde casi no había opción para ir a comer y el guía ni siquiera tenía buena comunicación, le preguntabas algo y de forma cortante contestaba, poco dinámico. Hay momentos en que hasta me hizo sentirme molesta. Me hizo sentir como que le pedí un favor o fui de raite.
Conclusión no me gustó mucho ?.
