We had the New York Crunch Roll. The flavors were really good and we loved the crunch. The sushi tasted very fresh.

Counter service dining at the farmers market.
From the moment we were greeted you can tell the cashiers enjoy their job and talking with people.
Our cashier helped me select a roll and gave me a few recommendations to pick from.
He also went above and beyond helping my son not only pick a Japanese soda but teaching him how to open it for himself.

I ended up with a California roll for my son, Philadelphia and rainbow roll for myself.
The sushi was fresh and delicious.

I will definitely be coming back next time I visit the farmers market in Dallas.

After visiting for the first time today, I perfectly understand why this place is so highly rated. The sushi is fresh & delicious, which is not always the case in Dallas since no ocean nearby. Never knew riceless rolls can be so delicious. But what made the experience more special was how welcoming & sincere the people here were! Will definitely be visiting again.

Went to the Farmer's Market for lunch today and spotted this sushi place. As I approached the counter I noticed the lone employee scrolling through her phone. I walked up to the counter and picked a menu from the basket. As I have never been to the restaurant before I wanted to see what they had to offer. After studying the menu I decided that I would have a rainbow roll. I put the menu back into the basket and looked over at the employee. She was still scrolling through her phone. There were no other customers, just me at the bar. The employee never looked up, never greeted me, just kept scrolling. So I just kept strolling.... It looked like a nice place and the menu had some great options though.

Absolutely love this place! I've been coming for past few years. The freshness, variety, tastiness and quality is amazing! Mr. Kenneth is the nicest person!! Always genuinely happy to see me and catch up.

The pic is of The Louisiana tempura roll and The Cajun tempura roll. It was my 1st time trying them. Delicious!

This sushi was DELICIOUS, Kenneth and his team were quick and the yellowtail sushi is fresh, light, and delectable! Of course the shrimp tempura was also delicious and fresh!

I had my first piece of yellowtail here after many disappointing experiences elsewhere with raw fish, but you can tell the quality here is WAY different, and so good.

Kenneth (the older gentleman in the photo, and also the owner) was wonderful and sweet, with top tier customer service. Speaking with him felt like speaking with an old friend. His branding and space is decorated so nicely, and is very clean. You can tell he loves his business and the people that choose to stop and say hi!

Thank you so much Kenneth for the wonderful experience! If I ever come through Dallas again (or if you set up somewhere in Ohio) you can bet on me making a special trip to have your sushi again!

I love coming here to get sushi when I’m at the Farmers market. The sushi never disappoints and everyone is very friendly. We got 3- Philadelphia rolls and 1 order of fried dumplings.
