Graceland University is an unparalleled experience. The community building that happens there is unlike anywhere else in the world. Students are given a holistic, experiential education that will set them up well for the real world. The network of alumni are supportive, caring, and forever attached for their four years on "the Hill". You are guaranteed to meet lifelong friends and mentors at Graceland. Once you're a part of the Graceland Community, you're a part of it forever.

A beautiful place with a rich history. Its a place like no other! When u walk on campus the kindness and love that u feel makes not want to leave. Its a place that makes u feel like u belong and that anything is possible.... I have been many places in my life time, but this place is definitely in my top 5 places to visit!!!!

Graceland University in Lamoni, IA is one of the best communities I have ever lived in. For a small community with a college located in it, there are so many events for all ages. There is no separation between the college and the town. Everyone partners together and supports each other! It truly is a great experience for anyone no matter if it is just for 4 years attending college or a life time because you love it so much you never want to leave!

My roommate from 40 years ago came for a visit and we shared about what good times we had “on the hill”. I ended up staying in the general area having come from the KC metro but she has been in southern California and Omaha areas since then. The ties from Graceland have reached across distance and time.

Graceland University is an amazing university and offers amazing opportunities. It's especially great if you prefer to learn in small classes-- it really allows for a great learning experience. You will not only get the chance to build relationships with fellow student but the professors as well. At Graceland the professors really care about you as a person rather than just as a student. Graceland University as well as the alumni work with students to help you find internships and job opportunities-- they set you up for success in the long run. I would recommend this university to everyone without a doubt in my mind.

Graceland University is an exceptional school. Right in the small town of Lamoni, Iowa Graceland brings the community together. With Community of Christ being affiliated, and the churches within Lamoni really bring out the joy and blessings that are apart of a christian community. Graceland has a beautiful campus, and they continue to do many upgrades to the campus. The students and staff at this university have such a welcoming feel, and walking through the campus you just feel the energy that is being put out. I would highly recommend this university to anyone that wants to feel that sense of connection and community. Its a university that not only cares about your everyday well being but one that is committed to making you succeed.

I am a junior at Graceland University and from the very first day that I have been here I have never had a bad experience! When I came for a visit I knew instantly that this was going to be the school for me, even after touring 3 previous schools. The students on campus were so welcoming and actually talked with me even though they knew that I was just a visiting student and from then on my relationships with the students have just increased, from the events to just sitting in the commons you will always meet someone new!

I attended Graceland University from 2008-2012 graduating from the Independence campus with my bachelors of science in nursing Jan 2012. My experience there was life changing. It was a truly awesome experience both academically and with the student life. The small town atmosphere added to sense of Graceland feeling like home.
