They might consider a name change to not so great... Decent budget option if you really have to but expect your connection to be dropped at least once every day or so. Sometimes for a few minutes, sometimes more. The key here is once every day or so, implying it is not due to the large and obvious outage that just happened but for the entire time I have had to use this service for the last YEAR. I understand why this company would assume I'm pinning this review on one instance, but really it was just convenient timing when I spend a ton of time looking for indicators for outages on this site and they just aren't posted anywhere. Awful convenient

Judi was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly as can be on the telephone.
She gave super clear instructions about the bill, the service, and also future needs we might have like change in service or setting up Auto Pay...

Have called multiple times that my WiFi has either been lagging or not working at all and they said that if I get these things called plume pods it would work better but it’s still a joke don’t get our WiFi from here we had to because our apartment complex did but I don’t or wouldn’t ever use them again customer service isn’t 24/7 or on the weekends so you are gonna be with out wifi for the weekend

This is the worst internet provider I have ever used. Constantly dropping connection with no rhyme or reason. Useless customer service who always tries to upsell instead of actually remedying the issues at hand. Not to mention you can barley get a "trained" operator who knows what equipment they even service. No urgency whatsoever. What an absolute joke.
