I can't really say enough about this place. I've used them on everything we've harvested for the past several years. Great service, great turn-around, huge selection of specialty products for your venison, and hands down the absolute best quality. Good luck beating these guys at the processing game.

We're just now trying out Hardin for the first time because it's close to our club and they have great reviews. Kyle was very professional and helpful getting our order in and our deer unloaded. We plan to share the meat among staff so we will update once we taste everything (bologna, snack sticks, Philly and more!) Thanks!

My dad and I stumbled onto this business by chance after finishing up a hunt in western Alabama. From the drop off to the pick up, the process was seamless and they did a fantastic job on our 2 euro mounts. As far as the quality of their meats, I will do everything in my power to always bring my deer to Hardins. You will not be disappointed with the price and the quality they put into their products; I only wish I found this processor sooner!

100% Always helpful! Have had them do my deer past 3 seasons, we especially love the Philly steak sandwich meat. They are honest and hard working. They do a great job getting your meat packaged well, so it won’t freezer burn too.

Sadly I was built up to expect a great process. I thought I'd get the entire deer back in viable meat but I was about 40 pounds shy.I found hair in several packs.
Didn't care for their tiny packs of meat and so many trays as it wouldn't stack in the freezer. The burger was good but didn't care for the little 1/2 packs that were more like balls that wouldn't stack.
The only part that was great was their summer sausage. It was some first class stuff.

This place is top quality. The things they do with deer are second to none. The summer sausage is the best I’ve ever had. The quick turn around and the quality work they do is the best I’ve ever seen. I’ve been using them for 4-5 years and have yet to be disappointed. Keep up the great work.

The very best processing facility. I am obsessed with the venison sausage links and the jerky....not to mention the bison. Thanks to my husband Jackie and good friend B. Phillips for doing their best to make sure I'm stocked with the VERY BEST ground venison processes by the very best. Highly recommend!
