Yesterday I took my new stethoscope to have my name engraved on it (in hopes that it will not get stolen, and if it does I can prove that it is mine.) I had a particular spot I was hoping to have the engraving done on and was told that it would not be possible due to the "anatomy" of the stethoscope. We came to an agreement on alternative placement and I was happy with that. I also asked for a quick turnaround (24 hours) which they graciously agreed to! When I arrived today to pick up the finished product I was pleased to find out that Ron had worked his magic with the engraving process and was able to engrave my name on the spot that I was originally told would not work! I am so thrilled! Not only were they able to "do the impossible," it also came in under the original quote! And to add to that everyone is super friendly and willing to help! I will be returning in the future the next time I need a piece engraved! Thank you so much!

I highly recommend High Tech Signs. We had a broken deck awning. I tried for several months to have someone come and repair or take it down. Finally, High Tech signs responded. I spoke with Beth and she sent out Tony and Melvin. They did a GREAT job! They were so friendly and professional. They did a great job. I called Ron at Hightech after calling 8 engraving shops could not perform the task needed. Ron said to bring the items to him that day and he could have them back in 2 days. Upon arrival, Ron found out I had driven more than an hour to get there. He told me to hang out for a bit and he cranked out the job right in front of me. (No waiting 2 days or making a second trip). Great conversation. He showed me around the shop and talked me through the whole process and made sure our product came out great. A $45 sale, but customer service that matched that of a multi-thousand dollar sale.

Ron Granitz at Hightech Signs has been the most helpful. He does fantastic work, and his creativity and attention to detail are impeccable. I have used this company multiple times and individually worked with Ron Granitz both times and have never been disappointed. He has made over 30 products for us at the Army ROTC at UVA. The service they provide offers the consumer unlimited options when it comes to products they want to be made.

When Ron Granitz gives you a hard date of completion, he honors it. Not one time was there an issue that I didn't receive my orders on time. Most of my orders have been ready well before the hard date.

Overall, this company is excellent, and I recommend them to anyone and everyone. Additionally, Ron Granitz is an outstanding employee and will serve the customer above and beyond what is expected
