The hotel is new. The hotel is nice.
I didn’t experience any of the cleanliness issues mentioned by other guests.

Robert, the overnight desk attendant was extremely personable.
My degree is in hospitality management and tourism, and I have worked in the industry and he is such an asset to the company anyone would be lucky to have him there.

The room was spacious. Bathroom was clean.
Proximity to Target and dining options is ideal but thankfully not so close that you can smell them when you walk outside.

I didn’t try the breakfast, or the pool as it was too cold to swim.

Bed was a little soft for me personally. But that 100% on me. I love a good firm hotel bed.

All in all a good hotel.

Feels homey. Rooms are spacious, clean and new/fresh smelling. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my 2 night stay! Great locations for shopping and eating. Found a new restaurant that was delightful nearby…Life of Pie!

I have stayed in this hotel numerous times. The front desk & manager are great. I few times housekeeping didn't service my room. I just didn't like having dirty towels left in the bathroom

Stayed for a couple of nights as we drove north up to join the Route 66 in Amarillo. Hotel is very new and as such well up to date. Greeted by very friendly check-in person who told us about all the amenities. Room was a 2 bed studio which is a large room with the 2 beds in one end and in the other a nice sofa which can be used as a bed and kitchenette with full sized refrigerator. Bathroom very clean and modern great shower. Hotel on south side of town but with easy access to all attractions. We used the microwave in the suite to make baked potato - plenty of crockery etc. breakfast was very good, nice touch with the waffles. Would certainly;ly stay again

Dirty, dirty hotel. We stayed at this same location going to and coming back from
vacation. First time through my toddlers feet turned black after walking around for several minutes. We were in late and out early so didn’t say anything. On the way back I saw we had the same room. I asked the hotel to make sure floor was clean, they said the head of housekeeping went by to ensure it was good. We got to the room and the floor was again filthy. Visual hair and dirt on the floor. The picture here was my second pass with a towel on the tile floor. My husband took the first filthy towel to the front desk and all they did was apologize. No refund, room change etc was offered. We also noticed small blood streaks on one of the shades. Will never stay here again.

Nice and clean, good price, safe location. Small pool with lounges, nice outdoor seating areas with fire pits. Hot breakfast isn't that great - microwave reheated sandwiches get really hard. They need to change how they are cooked.

Positive: Big room, comfortable bed. Breakfast appeared to be nice (did not eat there). Kitchenette made it easy to keep food cold and eat in the room. The hot water was plentiful. Negative: I wish it had a burner/stove in the room, but there was a note posted saying you could get one at the front desk, so that's really not a "didn't like", just a wish.

We have probably stayed in 20 hotels in the last 18 months for various trips and this us definitely top 2 worst hotels.

The hotel is only about a year old and is already starting to show some wear, likely because everything appears to be the cheapest possible option.

The room is a decent size. AC works well. The bed is pretty comfortable. They only provided 2 pillows for a king size bed. The kitchenette area includes a fridge, dishwasher and microwave along with miscellaneous kitchen tools that all look like they came from a yard sale or thrift shop or possibly even a dumpster.

There is no hand soap. There are shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles in the shower but the conditioner is empty and the other 2 have about an inch of soap in the bottles. There is only 1 wash cloth and no floor matt for stepping out of the shower.

The empty soap dish has a hair and the obvious remnants of the hand soap that was probably used by the last guest.

The free breakfast is so bad they should probably just not bother. Oatmeal in a very dirty looking can. Cold bagels and bread fresh out of the freezer. Hard boiled eggs that look like they were sitting in that slime water way too long and all broken up. The coffee is so terrible it went right in the garbage.

The dog treat station near the check in counter looked more appealing and better stocked.

There are a lot of hotels in the area. Pick any other one. They have been open long enough to be operating better than this but not long enough to be this trashy. I guess thats probably the best word for this place. Trashy.
