It's a fun place to eat, and I love the conveyor belt for grabbing the meats and vegetables you want to add to your soup. The flavors were great, and the quality of the ingredients appeared good. Even though it was a busy Friday night, they frequently checked on us, and the staff was very friendly. I'm not a big soup person (pho, hotpot), but I really enjoyed it.

What a hot pot! 1 the conveyor belt was amaze balls! So much fun! Definitely recommend waiting for the wagyu beef over the sliced beef. But over all will be back. 2 the staff was on it. The systems were in place and this place was packed and they handled it like champs. 3 lots and lots of gluten free options!

My Daughter and I went to this Hot Pot Restaurant, when they first opened, and we are never going to come back. Coming in, we were not greeted and rudely told to sit in the odd waiting area (a row of lounge chairs in front of tables), and waited for too long to be seated even though there were open seats right in front of us. Next, I found hair in my broth and on the veggies, I picked it out, laid it on the table and let a sever know. The owner came and told me “well we don’t have pets here this is a restaurant”. Super condescending and rude, couldn't even offer to even replace my broth or anything that other places would offer as an apology to their customers.

If you want a better place to dine. Visit Orion hot pot in Arvada. Love it there, cheaper and better options for meat and seafood too.

Just tried this restaurant recently for the first time and several things I did not like. Upon being seated, a server grabbed us extra menus and proceeded not to say anything to us while doing so, I was expecting some kind of welcome in of a greeting or even taking drink orders. There was nothing. The booths are very uncomfortable and too far from the table itself. I found myself visibly hunched over the table because the booth is too far back. I just felt as though I had a hard time enjoying my food. There’s also a trash can at your feet, there were 6 of us at that table so it was a little crowded with the trash can being there. I thought it was strange that the sauce bar was literally right next to the entrance, I can only imagine the amount of dirt or whatever the wind could pick up and blow into the sauces when the entrance door is opened. I didn’t bother and stayed away from that section. There’s only one way to get to the bathroom, because of the conveyor belt stretching along most of the center of the restaurant. Seems a little inconvenient, can only imagine what it would be like if a child needed the bathroom in an emergency. I will say the food was good, just had a hard time enjoying the experience with back pain from the seat. Probably wouldn’t go back here, I’ve heard of better hotpot places, especially in the Denver area.

Really fun concept that was well executed. We loved the variety and quality of the ingredients. The broths are all very different. I really like the mushroom and the veggie broth. I want to try the tomatoe broth next. My go to is the wagyu, so good!

This place is a must go. Delivering a great concept for enjoying hotpot. The conveyor belt style makes it fun and exciting, something always arrives for you to place in your hotpot. Come early or make a reservation it gets busy. We are here on a Wednesday and it’s packed. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful dinner at Hotpot Story. It’s their soft opening.
They have delicious broth options. A-lot of toppings to choose from the Rotating that goes around the table, so much fun.
I like the build-your-own- sauce bar.
The service is friendly, the space is clean, and the prices are reasonable.
I’ll definitely be back.

The food was awesome and was happy with the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service needs to be worked on. My girlfriend and I went. It was the first place we came to eat after her long flight from Thailand as she was starving. We were grabbing food, and we were gonna get dessert, but the server forced us to pay for the tab and was pretty disrespectful about it. Even after we spent 82$ for 2 people

The all you can eat is very misleading as it should be all that you can pay for.
