Our organization has been working with iRapture for quite a few years and from day one, they have delivered what they promised. The staff is a true team who works together to make it happen and always looking out for what is best for the customer. They are friendly and always responsive. We had a beautiful virtual gala in 2020 which was an amazing success. We didn't know what to do, but iRapture did. We love working with them. We started the process of updating our website in the Fall of 2014. After some research, we decided to go with a completely new web design and chose iRapture. Jacob was so easy to work with and never laughed at my ideas, but worked with me (PATIENTLY) until we had the base design layout finalized. Tanya helped get the pics and text, "just so". Not an easy task!
When we were ready to go live, it was up and running in a matter of hours and within that first day we had 2 clients make appointments through our new interactive Appointment module! We have only been live for 1 week and have had 6 clients schedule appointments from our website. The response has been overwhelmingly positive and will be much more user friendly on our end as far as making any changes in the future.
