Came here after seeing a friend post about it and am so glad I did. Ryan and Leroy are the NICEST guys! They provided exceptional service and were such a pleasure to talk to. They clearly take pride in their work and offered some great conversation. My husband and I kept commenting what great hires they were to one another. As for the lounge, it has such a tasteful and intimate design. Upscale, yet cozy. We had a couple drinks (which were great) and ordered the ice cream sandwich for dessert. It reminded me of a Baked Alaska and was absolutely DELICIOUS. We are so glad we are walking distance because we will definitely be back!!!

What a wonderful and luxurious experience to get a cocktail here at Isabelle's.

The service is impeccable, prompt, and accommodating. The ambience is both welcoming and luxurious. They greet you with water and a delightful selection of bar snacks including olives and salted nuts.

I recommend getting a classic gin martini with a twist - one of the best I've had. Will definitely be back !

If upscale relaxation, supreme decor, and amazing cocktails are what your day call for; Isabelle’s is your place. From valet, to the friendly front desk staff, the European boutique hotel ambiance of Hotel Swexan will enchant you, and your guest. Great to know you don’t have to be a guest staying with Swexan to treat yourself to an enjoyable time at Isabelle’s, however the experience is even nicer if you do. From breakfast, to the evening bar menu, you’ll find the perfect accompaniments for your beverages of choice, thanks to the well stocked bar, management’s attention to detail and unmatched excellence. Open daily, Isabelle’s closes a little earlier during the week, so plan accordingly. Can’t wait to share time with you at Isabelle’s ! Xoxo Lorenzo!

Sharing what I experienced at Isabelle's yesterday. We had a birthday reservation for 6 people. This place doesn’t offer indoor tables and outdoor is right off of the main road and with a few iron table and chairs. It is loud and dusty! Indoor had to sofa option which the corner one could fit 6 people. The coffee table is where we had our food. Let me explain to you that I've never received such a terrible combination of service and food and on top of it a fraudulent charge! Our waitress was so disconnected and had to be reminded multiple times to bring what we ordered out, disappeared for about 15-20 minutes at some point, and over charged all of our cards $129 each for the (wilted lettuce and frozen tuna) salad that was about $23, one bottle of $60 Prosecco for the table, 3 espresso, 3 coffee, but didn't provide an itemized list. I have no idea what we paid for or if we were even charged correctly. I have emailed the management and requested an itemized bill and still waiting on a response.

Update: I am updating my review based on management ( Julian) investigation into this matter and ensuring that we get a refund of the over charged amounts credited back to our cards.

This place was not what I was expecting at all.
Very small and a bit stuffy to me.

I stopped by for after dinner cocktails and desserts on a whim.

Service was a bit odd maybe because they were still new ish. We sat outside on their balcony/patio which was nice. Overall the expresso martinis and desserts were really good! I thoroughly enjoyed them.

I would love to try their lunch/brunch.

My server Gary was one of the most kind and colorful servers I’ve ever had. He was both attentive and generous! My Cress & Arugula Salad was delicious, but what really shone was the service from Gary and each person I interacted with during my lunch visit- including the valet guys and lobby greeter!
