Very deceptive emails .. I would not recommend a company that uses phishing in email. Here is a quote from the email "PLEASE do this ASAP, since time is of the essence." Run as fast as you can.

I didn't have to prep, research or provide anything to have this service performed. All work was done behind the scenes so I didn't have to stay late to accommodate a personal visit. The whole process was completely effortless on my part. Your work is exceptional, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional and the follow up to insure perfection is greatly appreciated. Working with Wes and Will has been a wonderful experience for me. These guys go above and beyond at IT Voice! There services are unparalleled and they are there when you need them most. I've heard so many stories about how some IT companies out there don't respond fast enough when you have equipment down. You can't do business until it's restored that's not a small thing. Those other companies literally only treat you as a ticket number most of the time. That's not the case at IT Voice. This team is here to help even before you sign on. They provide you with the best care and continue their excellent service through the entire time you are with them. Had a problem with our phones not dialing to other extensions. After a few emails with the support team we were able to track down the cause of the problem, and they were able to quickly resolve it. Working with Slappey has been one of the best decisions I've made in the past year. Most companies I've worked with either don't service their own hardware (subcontract service out to a 3rd party) or have the expertise to make your phone work seamlessly with your other office technology. Slappey has been excellent as they service all of their own equipment. Plus, I now have a local person I can get on the phone rather than calling an 800 number and getting stuck in limbo.
