The older bigger lady with the glasses acts like you’re asking for a sacrifice when trying to get your child’s insurance checked out so they can attend a doctor appointment. Learn the term ‘Hippa’ doesn’t apply to the custodial parent unless you would like a baby to come ask for insurance cards?

I've never dealt with a worse office! No one ever answers the phone. I had my paperwork in on time, it's been 2 and a half MONTHS and still hasn't been processed. I've even had to turn in extra copies of the same paperwork. This office needs a complete audit.

From my experience, no one answers the phone. No matter how many times you call. There's not really even an option for a voicemail. That's kind of annoying as well. ?

I've been told I was receiving snap benefits 5 days ago and I called today to speak with my case worker and she told me the same thing that I'll receive my benefits today after 6pm and still nothing.

Nobody answers the phone no matter how many times I call and I know I’m gonna get blamed when my stuff isn’t in on time, but nobody answers the phones for days in a row all day long calling and nobody answers!!
