I had a really good time here. I won't lie. It is expensive though I won't lie with the valet and the restaurant. But overall, it's a good experience. The room and view were really nice. Was in town for 1 night for the Gregory Porter concert. Great experience there as well. It was my birthday, and the complimentary drinks they had delivered to my room were superb. Front Desk agents were perfect in getting an extra blanket for me after midnight. Definitely not used to that from lower hotels. Carmine Pizza right next door wasn't bad either. I am looking forward to my next stay. 2 thumbs up

This is one of my favorite recent hotel stays. The rooms and beds are super comfortable. The layout of the room is great. Plenty of plugs and ports and towels! Staff is excellent and very helpful. They were so kind to my children which I really appreciated. The location is great for getting around Dallas.

Loved staying at this hotel. It is very nice and kept very clean. The Montage restaurant is really good and the food is amazing. The bar is great if you just want to do a happy hour. The Staff is excellent and very attentive. They are also very friendly and very helpful. It is close to Klyde Warren park, Dallas museum district and a lot of top Dallas attractions like American Airlines Center, the symphony, and Dallas Museum of Art. The rooms are super clean and have great views of downtown Dallas. It is perfect for a staycation also if you want to spend a weekend in the city.

I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet, relaxing and comfortable. The hotel is in a safe, great location and feels upscale. The staff is extremely polite and professional, quick to respond to inquires. Check in was seamless and my room overlooked downtown Dallas from the 15th floor.

The room was clean. I wipe down hotels when I stay but there wasn't any dirt residue on my wipes I used. I love the look and feel of the room, very modern. The bed was very comfortable. I found no concerns with the linens under my black light. This is important because it means the JW Marriott is actually cleaning the linens.

The amenities was exactly what I expected. My only complaint regarding the room was the shower doesn't have strong pressure from the shower head. You have to stand right under it. Now, there is a hand held shower head too but the pressure is still lower than expected.

Valet parking staff was quick, friendly and easy to contact. Check out was just as seamless as the Check in. I will definitely be back to stay and will recommend this as a place that others should stay at as well.

I visit Dallas often when I'm on the circuit performing and chose this newer hotel to celebrate my 21st year in remission from cancer. LET 👏 ME 👏TELL👏 YOU....this place is really special. It is in prime location with gorgeous views of downtown. The onsite dining is very delicious. Their staff are very kind and accommodating. Shout out to Blanche who took extra care preparing my room. I could not have chosen a better place to enjoy my achievement. This was my first JW experience and now its the one I look for in every city.

The hotel is beautiful and in a good area. I did get a free upgrade for the night with my elite status. The rooms have amazing views. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean and beautiful. Elevators were fast but there are 2 separate elevators to get to your room. Ac worked really well and was easy to control. TV was very nice!

Cons: Bathroom doors slide open so very easy to hear inside and loud to close throughout the night. Parking options were valet at $55/day or an hourly self park at $5/hour. We parked at parkfast just down the street for $20/day. Pillows and bed weren't the best. They didn't issue me a mobile key when I checked in online. The grab and go cafe was overpriced and didn't look appetizing so we walked to Starbucks instead.

I definitely do think this hotel is way overpriced for the room and bedding you get. The views and location were definitely nice though.

Everything was great top to bottom. From the Valet to the front desk people. All Great and helpful. The room they gave my wife and I was the best. Great view with a very comfortable bed. Thank you so much for the corner room. Beautiful. Can't wait to stay there again.
