Ordered N95 masks first week of March 2020. Advertisement in English. I had a feeling it was a scam and wrote to them to cancel my order. They replied in German. I Googled translation, they said they had no record of my order yet the transaction went through PayPal. I contacted PayPal upon my suspicion to cancel order but they did not at first. A dispute was opened and after two weeks, PayPal refunded my money. Company has changed names twice since then: “CanMake” and now “GetMask”.
SCAM. CORRUPT. AVOID!!

BE Aware!! This company is FRAUD!!!!!!!!! I ordered from Instagram and it never came and keep tracking it.
They responded my emails but all they said was next purchase discount or waiting.
It’s been 3 months!!!!!
I literally asked them for refund but keep getting same kinds of replies
Don’t ever buy anything from here or they may change their company name.

I wish I had came here first, I would have NEVER placed my order with "Sophie Paris" Just like the other reviewer, I too saw an ad on Instagram, October 2nd placed my order $59.99 close to the end of October started sending emails to support inquiring about my order. Elvina S replied ( in several emails with her) and she gave every excuse why my order has not been delivered. Well today is November 30th...my order has NOT arrived! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SOPHIE PARIS NOR SHOPIAGO. Also refused to give me a refund.

Schutzmasken gekauft und mit paypal bezahlt, aber seit ca. 6 Wochen keine Ware erhalten. Auf meine E-Mail wurde nicht reagiert, und Stornierung nicht angenommen. Geld scheint weg zu sein....werde weitere Schritte in Betracht ziehen.

Betrug ! Achtung ! Wichtig !

Anfang März habe ich über Shopiago Mundschutzmasken bestellt.
Ich habe keine Ware und keine antwort erhalten, worauf ich Paypal Käuferschutz aktiviert habe.
Paypal hat mich 2 Monate warten lassen aber am Ende den Fall doch zu meinen gunsten abgeschlossen.
Ich kann jedem empfehlen geht bitte zur Polizei und schaltet den Käuferschutz ein.
Vorgestern habe ich die die Ware erhalten.
Einschreiben aus China. Aufgemacht und sehe nur eine einwegmaske. Ich habs natürlich gleich weggeschmissen und zahle niemals so viel Geld für die Rücksendung. Drecksbetrüger.
