Do not work with KMF Agency. They will make you put down a large deposit and take advantage of your parents if they don’t speak English. Please be cautious. One of my own family members was scammed and pressured into buying a house they couldn’t afford, even though they couldn’t manage the monthly payments. This situation hurt me deeply. How can someone from the Karen community do this to another Karen? Instead of helping your people, you’re exploiting them and taking all their money. KMF is nothing but greedy.
