Generally not the highest quality hotpot/kbbq I've ever had, but that's to be expected, and you really can't beat the prices. I think it's around $30/person for unlimited hotpot AND kbbq. The buffet of karaage (surprisingly good), sauces, etc. is really good, too.

If you've never had hotpot or kbbq before, this is an easy and affordable introduction. Drinks are good, too!

I'm sure I'll be back.

Been here a few times and it's been excellent service and food every time.
The menu is fairly extensive.
One of my favorite things is that they have instructions on how to make your own sauces at the sauce station.

For Korean BBQ spicy bulgogi is always a solid choice. Also try the hanger steak. And they allow you to cook your own meats. Not every place does that.

Very good lunch special, we did the KBBQ, I’ll try this place again to see if the service got better.

The only thing about this place is that you have to somewhat fight to get attention. On multiple occasions, I had to stand up and ask a server that status of our additional rounds since they had been taking so long. For a shy person/group, this can be very uncomfortable, for me, it was just annoying.

I liked how the lunch special included some sea food, we had a lot of mussels. There’s also ample amounts of fresh food if you’d like to keep your rice portions down.

The fruit in the back of the bar was fresh, I mostly had the oranges. The sauces were also great. Oh, if you like pork, know that it comes pretty thick and has a long cooking time. To be honest, I’d stay away from it if you’re with a group of people.

I don’t drink alcohol that much, so I was also pretty happy that they had non-alcoholic drinks. Very cute if you’re in a group of friends.

I’m excited to try again.

This is suchhhh a great spot for hot pot and Korean BBQ, it’s a flat price for all you can eat Hot pot or Korean BBQ or both! Phil was an amazing server and was so attentive! We’ve been a few times, stand outs are the Korean short rib, beef belly, black fungus, corn and fish balls!!! there’s definitely a wait on the weekend, put your name down and walk around, you’ll get a text when the table is ready. They have TVs and drinks, but wear comfy clothes because you’ll probably smell of hot pot when you leave. Food is unreal and so fresh, so it’s worth it!

NOT RECOMMEND this location. WASTE MONEY. I went to KPOT at 38st before and it is way much better.

1. exp when we asked for table for 2, the table that they bring us to has 3 water cups that each of them had different level of water (felt like party of 3 just left without eating)
The tablet screen was dirty and greasy, when we sat down the table there already items in the cart of the tablet,( had 3 individual of soup base and meant) We didn’t even want to brother the server for changing the water for us so we decide to order soft drinks but our server never show up so I asked other server to order but the drink come up after like 10 min, the store wasn’t busy at that time + it was only 2 soda how could she took that long
2. Bad service: no idea where the server went the whole time after she introduced herself even I press the bottom for ā€œCALLING SERVERā€ never show up.
3. Food quality and option: the quality of the meat they serve wasn’t worth of price, also the options was so limited compared to 38st one.
4. The only time we see the server that when she was only serving that 1 TABLE like the area has no other tables

Great Korean BBQ and hot pot spot in Brooklyn! Loved the variety of options for both BBQ and hot pot. The pricing system for lunch and dinner is convenient. Really appreciated the option to try both BBQ and hot pot for just a small extra charge. Cozy atmosphere and attentive staff. Perfect for family meals or dinner with friends. The food quality was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the marinated meats for the BBQ. Will definitely be coming back!

DO NOT EAT HERE—HORRIBLE SERVICE & UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!

I had the absolute worst dining experience at K-Pot on Albee Square in Brooklyn, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. My friend and I arrived at 7:30 PM, put our names on the waitlist, and were told there were 17 parties ahead of us. Fine—it was a fun night, and we were willing to wait. An hour passed, and after checking in multiple times, we were finally notified that our table was ready.

That’s when the first red flag happened. We got to the front, only to see that the restaurant gave our table away to another couple who arrived AFTER us. When I pointed this out, the host acted nervous and suddenly said it would be ā€œjust five more minutesā€ (which obviously was a lie, considering our table had already been taken). No apology, no explanation—just blatant disorganization and disrespect for our time.

Then came the REAL nightmare—one of the employees, named Dan.

This man showed up to our table visibly intoxicated—either on drugs or alcohol, I have no idea, but his behavior was disturbing. He didn’t introduce himself, made uncomfortable personal comments about my appearance, and then got aggressive and condescending when I adjusted the placement of my soup pot. He started mocking me, saying, ā€œOh, you wanna do my job for me? Go ahead, girl, do it yourself then,ā€ and continued to make sassy, sarcastic remarks every time he came back to our table. Mind you, I had never met this man in my life.

When he returned later with more food, he randomly blurted out, ā€œOh my god, I’m so scared of you,ā€ in a weird, condescending tone. At this point, I had had enough and told him to leave our table. He continued to act unprofessional, invasive, and downright creepy throughout the meal.

I flagged down a staff member to complain because his behavior made me deeply uncomfortable. Instead of addressing the situation properly, another rude and dismissive employee with a bad attitude came over and acted like I was the problem. The only person who showed an ounce of professionalism was our original server, Zian, who apologized and offered us a drink on the house (which we declined because we were disgusted by that point).

To make things worse, when Dan was finally spoken to by staff, instead of apologizing, he walked right in front of our table, shot us a dirty look, turned his back, and blatantly ignored us. The so-called ā€œmanagerā€ who came over was completely useless and seemed like she didn’t care. No one took this complaint seriously.

On top of all that, the overall service was atrocious. No one checked on us. No one changed our BBQ pan. The staff acted like they couldn’t care less about the customers. We spent over $100 and left feeling disrespected, disgusted, and completely unheard.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. The lack of professionalism, disorganization, and outright rude behavior from the staff is beyond unacceptable. If management even remotely cares about their business, they need to take a serious look at the people they’re hiring because this was by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had.

Zero stars if I could. Avoid this place at all costs.
They need to be held accountable for letting their staff treat customers like this.
