I called Logo Advantage right before christmas with a very specific request. After having called numerous other shops, each place told me it was either too close to christmas or that the task I wanted was impossible. I wanted a custom patch made for my father.

The year before I had given my father a duffel bag to travel with, and I noticed that wherever my father went he would collect a patch from the location to remember his trip. Unfortunately, in September of 2016 my father had a stroke and had to live at the Sheltering Arms inpatient facility for an extended amount of time. His recovery there was like a miracle, and he grew very connected to Sheltering Arms. At the end of his inpatient rehabilitation, he jokingly told me that he wish he had a patch to commemorate his stroke recovery success. So for christmas, decided I was going to get him that patch no matter what it took!

When I first called Logo Advantage, the man I talked to at first made it sound like a lost cause like all of the other shops. However, something was different with this man's service. After hearing the story of my father, he kept me on the phone discussing several different possibilities that we could do for the patch that I wanted. He did say that none of them would really be an actual patch, but there were many options that we could discuss. So I told him I would drive to the store immediately, and when I arrived he was there waiting for me! We ultimately decided to print the image onto a piece of thick quality fabric, and stitch it to the duffel bag in such a way that it looked like a patch. I was hesitant that his team wouldn't get the image that I desired, because I left their store without physically giving them any picture of the logo. However, their team found a high quality image online and was able to print the patch perfectly as I had envisioned!

This store helped me provide my father with one of the most meaningful gifts he has every received. They bent over backwards trying to help me make one SINGLE custom patch. They treated me just like they treat their big orders, and it only cost me $25 in the end. So for that, I wanted to reach out and rate their shop 5 stars!!

Lady at the front was very helpful, however, the graphic designer makes $65 an hour and was going to charge $35 dollars for a name and number on the back of a jersey. While he was asked questions by the front desk he didn't have the decency to answer her or turn around and acknowledge anyone was trying to give him buisness. The letters and numbers are press on, not stitched on. Do not recommend.

As a Realtor, I am always looking for great marketing services. Logo Advantage was wonderful! They helped tweak my logo and provided great feedback and fast service. I had a budget and they helped me make the most of my dollars spent. Very nice results and the products were well put together and looked amazing. Highly recommend.

Wow, what an incredibly unprofessional organization.

TLDR; Took over a week to get back with a quote, didn't call back when they said they would, never ordered the shirt I requested, and left us no time to find another provider before an important event.

I wanted to do business with a local company, so decided to stop in and see if they could accommodate a small embroidery order (3 shirts, 3 hats). I had 10 days until an event and they said no problem at all, even though they would have to order the shirt I wanted because they didn't have it in my color, nor did they have one in my size. I wasn't sure if I'd need a small or medium so they said they'd order both and I could try them on.

Called to check on the order two business days later because they hadn't given us a quote. They said they'd call back with the price, still no problem getting the order done.

Called again two days later after not hearing back from them, said they'd call back with a price. Still no problem with the order.

Called again the next day (a Friday, event to be held the following Tuesday), finally they sent us a quote at nearly 4pm, charging us for both the small and medium shirts even though we'd only be getting the one that fit me.

When told I'd be stopping in before closing at 6pm to try on the shirts, they seemed miffed that we'd be bothering them just prior to close. They then called back to let us know that they had never actually ordered the shirts and that I'd have to choose from what they had on hand.

I canceled the order. It probably won't make a big difference to their bottom line - I'm aware it was a small order but that's no reason to treat a potential customer that way, particularly when that customer is a digital marketing company that is not afraid to spread the word about poor service online.

I heard about this com0ny from a coworker that used them for a fundraiser. I myself was doing a fundraiser, and they helped me with a design and colors! They're amazing! The T-shirts and sweatshirts came out amazing!

Good morning I love Logo Advantage been dealing with them about 5 1/2 years now they do excellent work I’ve gotten business cards a couple of times I’ve bought some had some shirts embroidered and I bought some skullcaps with my logo Spirit Limousine and they do a great job that’s why I keep coming back
