I rarely write reviews but had to because the work was so wonderful. I worked for CBS for many years and was so nervous choosing a photographer given I used to do my own photography, but a call with Lizzy put me at ease. But not only are the photos perfect, the owner is sincere when she says she captures your story. There were little moments—sweet, sentimental, funny— she captured them all—framed each image with such meaning. In the process of her being our photographer we got to know Lizzy and what a beautiful human being. She truly has a kind and loving soul and puts her heart and soul into every wedding. I cried seeing our images. She really got to know us and understood what would be special in terms of shots, locations that were meaningful, relationships that are meaningful, etc. Her images truly communicated us. I can’t say enough good things about Lizzy and her business. She makes sincere connections with people and it shows in her work. She’s an artist.

Sadie did our wedding in July 2022!💖💖 I was super picky about choosing who was going to do our photos, and we couldn’t have gotten a better photographer. 💖💖💖I’m just going to brag about her because WOW!! Here’s the novel about why you should choose Sadie! She was super professional and was incredible! She has an admirable work ethic. I’ve never seen someone work so hard. She is super personable and friendly with everyone. Even my bridesmaids and groomsmen commented on how cool she was as a person! Even weeks after the wedding people would comment how on top of it she was and how she was always there to capture a moment! She and Lizzy are so respectful of others beliefs. Sadie was reverent and respectful during our handfasting ritual. We were nervous about sharing such a personal and special moment, but she proved herself trustworthy in such a a sacred moment. I was so grateful to have her be there to capture that with such grace.💖💖

Sadie was as much as my hype girl as my bridesmaids. She could tell when I was getting overwhelmed and was able to help during moments of anxiety. When I wanted to do something else or had a different vision, but I didn’t want to be the bad guy, she was able to be my voice. If I was feeling awkward on the camera, she made me feel comfortable and natural.

Every photo that we were hoping to get, Sadie got. She took charge in making sure we got the shots we wanted. She would redirect appropriately in order to get the shots we had requested. When it came to family photos, I described my family as herding cats, so she was going to have to be prepared for that. And OH MAN SHE DID AWESOME!!! She was able to get my family to cooperate perfectly! Even my mom was like “ooo she knows how to do her job! She’s good at this!”

She takes pride in her work and proves her talent in every photo she took! We were blown away when we saw our gallery. We were going for a fairytale vibe, and she hit that perfectly!! I look at my photos all the time because they are so spectacular!!
All I do is brag about her work! She showcased her skill throughout our gallery. These are some examples of what she was able to do: exquisite coloring, capturing the sunset and us during low light, candid moments, timeless classic photos, movement and dancing, positioning for family, capturing details, night photography, and mid-day sun shooting. Being a photographer that is able to be skilled in all of that was proof of her talent. She is able to do it all! My jaw was on the floor looking through the variety of her work in our gallery!!! We will be recommending her to everyone we know!

My husband and I hold Sadie close to our heart. We are so eternally grateful for everything she did for us special time in our lives! We will also be requesting Sadie and Lizzy for family photos and every opportunity we have to get photos done!

Love and Story Studios was super affordable and did an excellent job in communicating with us throughout the months leading up to the wedding. They were able to answer all our questions quickly. When hiccups came up, they were able to work with us. They take their photography very seriously. The amount of work they do to ensure everything is kept safe is remarkable. I’ve heard horror stories of photos being lost, and they’ve done everything in their power to ensure that would never happen. Lizzy went into detail with me everything they do to keep our memories safe. It was a huge peace of mind in knowing that. They had a website that we could communicate on, with our contract, important information, details of our day, and what we are looking for. They had everything so organized. They were easy to communicate with and made us feel comfortable to go to them with whatever was going on in the planning process.

Out of everything from our wedding, choosing Sadie as our photographer was the best decision we could’ve made. 💖💖💖
