They do a good job for people in need. Maybe having a little more security or structure outside to make it a little more welcoming and not so boulder highway-ish. Also they need to update their online information to reflect their actual operating hours. They're not even close to being right. I went down there and they weren't going to be open for three more days but according to the online information that we're open for their food bank. It's only Monday through Thursday no other day.

Well it's 2:14pm SATURDAY and according to their website, their pantry is open until 3:00pm.
But no one will answer the door. What's supposed to be a source of Hope and fulfillment is disappointment and emptiness today.
Come on, PLEASE have the correct hours on the website!
If we can't afford food, please understand we can't afford the gas or even the bus to get here for absolutely nothing.

Very much awesome amazing very very informative and helpful and super assistance. Best place yet .
Very kind polite receptionist and staff felt welcome and person provide information and help with food. Kudo others should take a example of how incredibly informative and helpful this place is. Today February 5th 2025 was my last day to get food. We decide to move out of Vegas and the state. It's set up for failure for individuals who try. With the over sermountable of deranged,drugged out burned out individuals and the over existencive numerous homeless that makes it impossible to go about your own business or take care of what you need to daily or enjoy a day out. Sad it is a sickness over Vegas that grows and grows. It may not be poplar or political correctness. By my views just equal as everyones sad in my experience I. See they are granted more rights over citizens and business owner.
God bless Vegas and god bless you. Forever grateful for the little food I was able to get. Even that we still go with out.
Yet greatful we got through what we did and got a place. Not homeless any more. And on the path to better our self in. God vision and path he has for us

You gies should mention that your closed due to remodeling, I just spent the last few bucks I had to get here so I can get food for my children when I could have used that change to get something else it's very disappointing... They guy out side was nice but hes excited to tell me about remodeling how about tell me where I can get food for babies you really needs it ...I absolutely have nothing right now to catch to buses to get here for nothing 😑🙅

Visited pantry. They are well organized and very kind! I take the bus and bring shopping bags. If you don't have bags they will supply or depending on your family size they will place groceries in a box to carry home. They also will take groceries to your car if you drive. So few pantries accommodated those that do not have cars. LSS staff make the experience so much easier. Always a smile or a kind word. I appreciate simple words. No one is turned away or treated differently because of need. God Bless them!

This place needs to learn how to keep the time right on this website and on google. These people say that the place is open right now and I just wasted most of my gas to get there and it's closed because they're having construction done. That is upsetting because I don't have any money to be wasting on gas or any money period.

I have been going to there pantry for a year now and I always get the best people and food they give food and love God bless all who serve ❤️
