Antionette was so RUDE, argumentative, and highly unprofessional. I scheduled a consultation to book with her for my documentation preparation, she did not respond to my email that I sent a week prior due to her vacation and was extremely unpleasant about the follow up the day of our meeting. As I kindly tried to excuse myself from her office given my discomfort for her inappropriate behavior, she repeatedly stated that her feelings would not be hurt if I did not want to utilize her services…

Would not recommend her services or this business.

My experience in the beginning was amazing and knowledgeable. I was enjoying the experience until I started having problems with my taxes she was filling at the time. I had to have my 2022 taxes amended 4 times and when I had to bring these mistakes to her attention she blamed the computer. Not to mention she had her system automatically request her $200 fee July 18, 2023 for taxes she never completed and this is when the 2nd or 3rd amendment was filed. She claimed her computer system program was putting in the numbers wrong not her and proceeded to have an attitude when I asked for half of my money back so I can find someone who is willing to do the work correctly. She refile the 4th amendment in July of 2023 and my funds was released last week. THIS IS THE PETTY PART. She received the money never contacts me knowing that she already got paid (kept receipts) and the check was rejected twice because I closed the account. She never called me one time and today is the 13th and you didn't return the check to the IRS because I talked to them already. I sent new banking information in an email that she never responded to on Nov 11th because I forgot to send it to her previously and I take full responsibility. The IRS told me to have her change the information so I called he today on the 13th to make sure she got my email and she had her daughter call me back and responded to me email and tell me the IRS controls the deposit and I will get a paper check. I laughed and said it's cool and I'm glad to know this is how you treated your clients when they pay you for a service. The IRS said your paperwork was incorrect not me but I totally agreed with them when we all did the math correctly like I paid her to do but instead I paid to be mistreated and taken advantage of because she should have never received a dime until I got my return. My feelings are hurt more than anything because I trusted her beyond doing my taxes it's bigger than money but it a evil situation that happens to many people.
