My wife and I were traveling thru Mitchell and outside of town the windshield was struck by something off a big-rig which caused a big chip. After some calling we were led to Make It Mine Design. I talked to Alex and he told us to stop by and he would fix the chip for us so we could continue hoping the windshield will not crack now. They could not have been more helpful. Everyone there was polite and caring. Their place is big and growing to huge proportions!!, they have a great shop and store. This place does most things one would need for trucks such as bed covers, steps, wraps, windshields, and snowplows, bumper guards and more. They also do embroidery on apparel, signage, and a whole LOT MORE !! Alex fixed the windshield and gave me the tour! The place is awesomely huge, clean, and they have nice apparel too. We bought a couple jackets while we waited. Great place with great people. Anyone in Mitchell and surrounding area this should be a must go to place. Thank You!!!:) Make It Mine Design and Thank You Alex!!!! Great place!

I went here for the first time on 3/13/2023. A young man by the name of Alex was super helpful, we put in a new windshield on my Silverado. I was able to make an appointment by text, request a temporary vehicle while the work was being done at no charge, I was given an estimation on the cost, then given a courtesy call when it was done. when picked up to my surprise it was even cheaper than the estimate was given. Also given tips what to do and what not to do for the next 48 hours. Highly recommend. And the front staff in the office was super friendly. It was also half the price than the estimate I was given where I live.

We were transitioning from a travel trailer camper to a fifth wheel camper and needed a fifth wheel plate and B&W Hitch installed in my 2019 RAM on short notice. Dan and the crew @ Make it Mine handled all details and got it orderd, installed and ready in a couple of days. They communicated well, and everything went perfectly.
