Poor Communication. Got an email for a job, from Tanya Mehra for a job on the other side of the country. When asking what type of job it was, I got not response after two days.

In addition, it was a mass email sent out to anyone with met two criteria "Network Administrator" and "Cisco", so no personalization or review, just trying to meet quota with info they have grabbed from job websites.

Another aggravating recruiting agency staffed entirely by Indians. Sends me multiple e-mails a week, sometimes multiple times a day, about the same opportunities for the same companies that I've refused every time. Best of all, they have an unsubscribe link in their e-mails, but it DOESN'T WORK. And apparently none of these inconsiderate morons bother to read or respond to YOUR e-mails unless you reply with a resume, begging for a job. A strong candidate for one of the worst recruiting agencies ever!
