Met w/her once...I was kept waiting for over 15 minutes. Her excuse was: "Oops, I ran overtime!" After explaining to her I couldn't exercise i.e. "to meet people" do to degenerated spinal discs...she shoved a booklet of senior's exercise classes in Tucson at me/telling me to throw it out if I wanted. And for this she was paid by my insurance company & myself?
