Stopped for a burger. They didn’t disappoint. Amazing burger and really good fries. Very cool old mountain bar to dine in. Def a good stop!

We walked in to grab some quick bites to go. There was only person working at that time, trying her best to operate the kitchen and the register. The kitchen seemed a bit old and messy. Not much room to sit inside. But some benches in the porch available.

We got some chic tender and fries. It was okay but somewhat expensive.

We came for the ice cream, and it was nice! Our attendant was quick and very kind to us. The ice cream itself was not the coldest, and you had to work hard to eat it before it melted 🙂 however, the flavors were nice and they have free water for you and napkins to clean up your mess! We ate on the gorgeous benches across from the restaurant. We found some in the shade, and there are multiple places all around that you could’ve eaten. I am hearing great reviews about the food, and would like to come back and try that. This time, we had food at the Morrison in and it was awesome!

It didn't look like much when we walked in, but I was blown away by how good my burger was. I don't remember what it was called, but it came with a really amazing BBQ sauce that was sweet, smoky and spicy all at the same time. Also the tots were cooked and seasoned perfectly which was great.
Only thing I was underwhelmed by was the cheese curds which weren't gooey or squeaky, but also as a Wisconsinite I have been spoiled by good cheese curds so they're probably fine for other folks.

This place is a disaster. They are lucky there’s not a mcdonalds anywhere near by they would have to shut down. 20$ gets you a frozen patty warmed up with some canned chillis slopped on it. It might have canned jalapeños also but you wont find out till they hand it to you with or without an excuse accordingly. Sell the place and do something you are willing to invest your emotions into!

We came to the Holiday Bar (which seems to have good specials) but got for from Mill Street Eats. I got the Look Out Burger ($9.25) with Sweet Potato Fries (additional $2.25). The burger was ok, pretty thin and halfway through I realized it wasn't very warm, so I shined my phone light on it (we were in the dimly lit bar) to see that it was almost completely pink! Given how this it was, the burgers had to have been cooked from frozen and they obviously didn't take their time to make sure they were done. My stomach has been a wreck for 2 days now and I'm wondering if that is why. The fries were nothing to write home about and had a strange seasoning that I wasn't fond of. The ranch was very obviously from a Gordon's or similar food service, so I didn't eat that either.
My boyfriend had the Southwest Burger with tots. His burger was a bit pink too, but not near as bad as mine. The tots we're not good at all. They tasted old.
We were very disappointed with our meal and will not be back.

I never order my own burger. I always ask the cook what they think is best with my meat of choice (buffalo over beef everytime). The burger is always different, and I have never been let down.
Tons of outdoor seating, and the restaurant is attached to a bar for those who like indoor seating or a wider variety of beverage choices. Everytime I go to Denver, I make sure to stop here for at least one meal.

Gross.
Burger is sad. I guess they use the cheapest ingredients they could find. It’s small and nasty, and overpriced. Fries are soggy. Will try my luck at one of the other tourist traps out here.
