I would give them 10/5 if I could. We are a large custom ag manufacturing business and have been working with Mary and her team for the last few months. I have thrown about every hard deadline, last minute change, and rush order in the book at them and they have delivered consistent perfection on every single order! We have shopped around at about every custom decal shop on the web before switching to Miller Signs and there is not a better price out there. I work with tons of other businesses in unrelated industries and have not come across one that takes as good of care of their customers as this crew does. Keep up the fantastic work! We take a lot of pride in the quality and professionalism of the builds that leave our shop floor. Finally we found a company who can deliver a product that captures both of these traits within the images that customers associate with our business and our equipment!

Miller signs did an absolutely fantastic job wrapping my enclosed trailer for my business. I had to leave for a trip so I went ahead left my trailer early so I didn’t have to make another trip for my appointment. Not only did the wrap turn out amazing, but they got it done nearly a week ahead of my appointment. I’ll definitely be coming back for more of their services!

Very disappointed in Miller Signs. They didn't align my decals on straight as you can see in my pictures and lost over half of my decals and tried to blame it on me only to get a call a year later and they found it in their scrap bin. So I asked if they could install those for free since they lost them for a year and they refused and got real unprofessional.

If you're looking for vinyl I'd order them on House of Grafx and find someone else to install them. Also Miller Signs has terrible communication so don't count on them to get back to you anytime soon, they'll throw every excuse in the book to try to defend themselves. You can't defend this one. Real unprofessional and messed up. Will no longer be doing or recommending business here. Save your time and money and vinyl and go elsewhere

Update: I opened up my Vinyl that they had stored in the scrap bin for over a year only to find it all chopped up

My boyfriend and I took his car in to get the decals put on. Not only did they put the decals on uneven and left bubbles but they informed us they would not compensate us or offer a discount. Customer service was harsh. Wouldn’t recommend.

Do not recommend them. I called for my vinyl signs to my truck, and the owner was very rude and very unprofessional!
I been waiting for my vinyl signs two weeks now and I was told it’ll take twos day to complete it.
Every-time we call for an update, it’s always an excuse!… go somewhere else that will consider you as a customer.
