Everyone in the office are great role models, leaders, and genuine people who care and see you as a person not just an employee! Julia did an amazing job getting us new phones and let me tell you she had to work for the sale! She was able to get us through all the difficulties with ease and confidence. Even after over an hour of dealing with numerous phone calls to at&t to get the deal done she remained happy and optimistic!

My wife and I had been with Verizon for quite a while and she wanted to move service providers to lower out cost. We had phones that were 2 years old and our daughter had been saving her hustle money to get an iPhone. So we found ourselves at Sam's club as normal on a Sunday getting groceries for the week when Julia stopped us and asked us about our phone service. She gave us detailed information about everything we asked about. Not only did she provide information but the best part is she got us new phones and cut our bill in half. Can't complain about that. Then all the craziness happened, when we had to talk to the people on the phone some how there was some issues. Julia was able to get us taken care of and we couldn't be happier we spent so much of our valuable time with her.

If you are look for a new phone I definitely recommend her for your cellular needs.

I don't typically write google reviews which should show how bad of a review this is. First off, I don't even know how they got my contact information, I never applied or anything but they randomly sent me a text asking for an interview (I had applied to probably 50+ places in the past day, so I assumed it was one of them, but now looking through it they were not one of them.

Second, if you look up "Mocsin Inc reddit" on google, everything that pops up is discussing how it is a marketing scheme (MLM). See images attached for proof.

Lastly, they scheduled a second interview with me but never bothered to send me the zoom link. They said it would be sent in a text group chat they had created it, and after 15+ minutes they had finally responded, however it was with a completely different person I was scheduled to interview with. I was originally told it would be Cristina, but last minute it switched to "Joseph King." They claimed this was "technical difficulties" but considering the first interview I had was late too, I'd assume they are just not on top of things. After they finally invited me to an interview 15 minutes later I decided not to join because they do not seem like a professional company.

Yaretsie & Andrew are the most outstanding young people I have ever come across. They have great customer service and helped me sooo much in getting me set up with AT&T not like Verizon at all. Loved doing business with them. They went above and beyond with their service. One very happy customer
