The customer support team and graphic team at MOD are great. Very responsive and helpful in ensuring artwork is ready to print. They turnaround our project within the quick timeframe needed for an upcoming show. Our graphics printed vibrant and crisp, LED lights were quality, and the carrying crate is great - lightweight, lots of room, and wheels. Our only concerns were on the overall structure of the product. Once we added the lights and TV, the frame sat at a strange bend. We ended up purchasing pavers to sit on the feet to ensure the backdrop wouldn't fall over. The center pole of the system which provided the only center support came out easily as the graphic was put on. The podium that can be made from the carrying case was not sturdy at all. We could only use this to place brochures on, but you couldn't lean on it or use a laptop on top of it or it would fall over. I will purchase from MOD again, but will select a sturdier product for future use.

I want to personally express how pleased I was to work with Eric and Michael from MODdisplays. I was on a tight schedule because I was out of town when my designer sent me graphics to order. I had to place the order on Monday and needed delivery Friday because my sales team was leaving for a trade show. There were some problems with my designer’s graphic upload, which Michael and Eric handled very well. Eric expressed that, even though we would be an entire day later getting our complete graphics to MODdisplays, he would try his best to guarantee delivery the day I needed the display banners.

Everything arrived on time and, though I haven’t gone through each box individually, I am confident that it is done well. Thank you for providing excellent service! I look forward to working with your company again in the future and would recommend their services to anyone.

I worked with MODdisplays for the first time recently. When I first clicked on their website I loved the attention to web design and the ease with which I found products. It seemed to good to be true - a beautiful website, the lowest rates on dye sublimated table runners and good outside reviews. When shopping for a new display for my company there choices were vast, but there was really only one that I needed. Other companies I had met at trade shows had recommended MODdisplays and when I looked into other online reviews they were also very highly rated. My good experience with them started from day one. There was a mix-up in the approval process and to make up for it, they had the display expedited and sent to us directly at our conference at no extra cost! It arrived the same day we did as if we had brought it ourselves. Absolutely phenomenal service, but it didn't stop there. One of the buckles broke on our carrying case and they immediately shipped us out a new one. We recently had an issue with the frame and on the zipper of the cover and at no cost they are fixing it and will return the fixed display to us at our office or offered to send it to us at on our next show depending on when it is done. Service, communication, quality. This is what MODdisplays are all about and I wouldn't go anywhere else and neither should you!

We contacted MODdisplays for a trade show booth and banner stand and I was very impressed with everything about my experience. Our delivery arrived prompty as promised within only days of the final proof. First came the hardware then the printed portion the next day. We had a small problem with the tension of the banner stand. She offered some troubleshooting tips initially but replaced our unit with no hesitation. I also shopped locally for competitive quotes and MODdisplays was by far the best pricing I could find. I would recommend this company.
