Was looking forward to collaborating with Moon & Owl and had a free virtual consultation about a launch campaign with Jordan which went well. I was told I would receive a copy of the recording of the meeting (with verbal NDA for peace of mind), hiring information, and client references in a day or so. It seemed to me that I didn’t receive anything back for a couple weeks despite following up. The company has since reached out and cited technical issues for the email delivery failure. The representative(s) stayed professional but it seemed like an avoidable mix-up.
