Although the kids had a wonderful time, many of the games were out of order or shut off. The bathrooms should and could be kept cleaner, the general cleanliness and tidy-ness of establishment could use some TLC from the management staff. Eat before you arrive as the food is not the best. The staff working the trampoline area were very friendly and attentive towards the smaller kids and toddlers. The prize attendant was very nice and patient with kids. Would be back.

Flying squirrels are much better. They don’t charge parents who aren’t on the trampoline. They give you excuses, like saying you might fall or something. What a joke.

Very bad experience, came with party of 9 people and sat at the "social" area, ordered food and 1 hour later nothing had come out. Had to ask them to void order. Bar area very inexperienced . Things have change for worst, not the same nice place this used to be. Positive side, the axe area and kids had fun in jumping zone.

Had to pay to watch my toddler jump, never use to be like this. Highly disappointed that they would make a pregnant lady pay just to watch her kid use trampolines

Took 15+ minutes to place any drink order waited 20+ minutes to place food order never ended up doing it. Service was awful and slow. They would look at you and walk away as was watching them eating their food in the back as I was waiting for a drink

We came during the weekday to do Axe throwing. So much fun!

Terrible. Just terrible, went there for one drink with my girl, I got a Long Island and she got a tequila sunset, first of all these drinks cost $13 each like this place was down on las olas, the bartender was the worst I've ever seen, she didn't shake the drinks at all so the ice was on top of the liquor and with the straw when you took a sip it was at room temp, now idk if you know Long Island has teq,vodka, rum and so on, and none of them taste good at room temp, secondly I watch her pour this drink without measuring which is normally cool if I'm doing a rum and coke or something, but she added way way to much vodka compared to the other spirits, so this Long Island tasted like trash, all I tasted was warm vodka in a glass with some ice on top. I will never go back again,

Horrible experience from beginning to end. Left completely disappointed after trying so hard to be positive since I was celebrating my birthday with friends. Arrived at 1pm only to be met with slow service, unfriendly/unhelpful management, non existent bartender, and was told that they lost the key to the karaoke room and to try coming back again at a later time.
