Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Company
Our experience with this company was deeply frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. Over the course of two months, they struggled to produce a functional main page for our website—something that should have been a basic deliverable. Communication was erratic and inappropriate, including a call at 3am, which is completely unacceptable.

Multiple team members made promises to implement changes they clearly weren’t capable of delivering. Their lack of reliability was evident: they frequently showed up late or not at all. The overall quality of work was far below industry standards.

To make matters worse, they initially agreed to refund half of the payment due to their poor performance, but later reneged on that commitment. This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is alarming.

In our opinion, this company should not be in business. Proceed with extreme caution.

Only a click has been amazing to work with! We are so happy we found them! Just after a couple of months of working with Juan, he helped our business go from the 12th page on Google to the first page! He also drastically improved our Google presence and we have definitely seen an influx of calls and leads since starting with them. Daniel created a beautiful new website for us and we get compliments on how great it looks from clients all the time. Anne who works in customer service has also been exceedingly great and checks in all the time just to make sure everything is going great. And it always is! The amazing thing about this team is the level of communication and personal touch they have offered us. Anytime we need something, they are there to help. The people that is working with me are just awesome! I am always updated on what's going on, everything was straight forward so there isn't any misunderstanding, explains everything completely on how things are and will work. Andrea is a wizard when it comes to editing my photos and my verbage she is absolutely a gem.
