First time for me to eat at a Pei Wei, we ordered lunch for delivery for 6 people. Ordering and delivery were smooth, about 30 minutes. Food was delivered as expected, nothing messed up and the food was warm. I ordered the Firecracker Chicken. Flavor was great, it was spicy, but I like spicy so for me it could have been more spice! Everyone else liked their meal as well, no issues. We will order lunch from here again in the future.

Eat here fairly enough and really haven't had any issues and tonight was just a small hiccup. I ordered edamame and a regular sized meal. I ordered 6 soy sauces (as I'd use them for the meal and edamame) and 4 fortune cookies (just to have a few extra good luck chances 😉) however...I didn't check until I got home and received only 1 fortune cookie and 2 soy sauces so I have to decide how to spread the 2 packets over all of my big meal. Again, the food was made and tasted fine, friendly staff, eat here often and again this may seem 'small' to some just disappointing when you don't get all that you specifically order. Just a heads up to check the bag for all items before you leave.

Ate here for a date night and we really enjoyed the food ! Great customer service and great food! I got the Thai Coconut Curry shrimp and my husband got the drunken noodles! Both delicious, though I could have used more vegetables and less rice. But I tried the noodles and it was amazing! Definitely recommend!

They only had one person working the front with both dine in and carry out people waiting. The carryout food was ready, and the employee didn’t bother checking the bags to see if the people waiting for their carry out order could have their order go ahead and leave… choosing to attend to the dine in customers first. I was an unfortunate carryout customer and waited 15 minutes to get my order that was already ready. The food was cold and I was late getting back to my meeting. Awful service.

1st time at this location.
Customer service was 5/5 stars. Edmond was really friendly and welcoming.
The store was extremely clean but the drink filters were icky. I got water and if had black peebles in it so I would say a 4/5 for cleanliness.

Food was 3/5. While the spice level of the pad Thai was great, I feel like the meat was not cooked enough. This could be due to the steaming process, but I don’t care for it.

To the people who were working tonight 1/12 closing shift you made my night and changed my 1 star to a 5 star. They went above and beyond to make a fresh batch of soup for me and I really appreciated it. They were all so friendly and I felt bad ordering late, but they were just so awesome. I hope they receive some recognition for this!
