No staff at register when we arrived. Finally ordered but was out of potatoes and gravy side. Told they were making the side. Lengthy wait for meals. Other customers arrived and left due to no staff. Never got our missing sides. All the staff kept disappearing from view.

Almost $20 for a HANDFUL of shrimp! This place was straight up disrespectful. How much they charge for barely nothing. My wife's order was supposed to be 1/4lb of shrimp but barely even came with a 1/3 of the amount.
We stopped at various different locations and order the same thing but this was the least we ever received.

The worst Popeyes I have ever been too. Don’t bother. Turn away now. They took over 30 minutes for 1 sandwich meal. They seem very unintelligent. Could not multitask. I was the only customer at that. The worst!

After a long wait, the waiter ignored you just by looking at you. When the back chef saw someone ordering, he reminded the front desk where to do his own thing. I stood like air. Finally, I chose to leave.

So I ordered my food online and had my husband pick up the food everything was correct except my food , so I called that way i could get my order fixed , ...and not only did they fix my order they were very nice and understanding went above and beyond on my order and more ! I will definitely go here again , the food was so fresh and I was pleased with how nice and quick everything was ! Thank you so much 💓

I went last night and just damn. I get that this is in a truck stop and all but do the employees have to hit their vapes while cooking and handling the food? I chose not to buy anything after seeing a few employees hit their vapes and just blow it wherever they felt like. 10/10 don't recommend.

Awesome service Adeinsha hope I got name right was a sweet young lady. The guy in kitchen REFUSED to make me apple pies BUT ….. CHRIS A POLITE COURTEOUS young man STEPPED UP AND SAID 7 minutes He is making them for us NOW THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH CHRIS YOU ARE A HARD WORKER HE MADE OUR 12 pc CHICKEN TENDERS AND 4 pies

Unfortunately this is the only Popeyes around and the food is good so I have to come here from time to time. Mobile order took over an hour to complete with minimal people in the store. Only 2 of the 4 employees there were actually “working” and I use that term loosely because there isn’t much work that goes on in this store. It’s unfortunately like this every single time I come here. Management needs to be replaced and someone needs to fix the issues. The only reason it’s still in business is because it’s in a truck stop with no competition around.
