I receive a card at home which doesn’t work anytime so I decided go to this office to ask what happened, I saw the reviews and I was so scared about all the reviews here ..but in my case was totally different, was raining so hard and I went with my baby and 15 months and I ask about my concern and a guy give me my turn, you have to take your paper turn first of all and then I wait in the purple zone. Then the girl who was working called my turn and she was so kind and help me so much with my situation, she gave me a new card temporarily for my benefits and explain me a new one will arrive at my home in 3 months approximately.
Thanks so much
You have to go with an kind attitude I know people maybe is rude but u can change and start the difference

Woooooooow! People who work here and who are supposed to help you are rude and unhelpful and I mean the people on the floor like some security and the people who are supposed to help with the kiosks to get your number. Even when you say good morning to these people it's like a struggle to say it back, as if they're going to lose a limb if they say good morning back. I'm trying to be nice please give it back but then if I'm yelling and screaming and cussing someone out then I'm wrong. We all want to have a good day and make it home safely. If you're not happy you know what to do.
Also, I turned in my paperwork in 30 days' time as per my interviewer and they claim I was late with one of them and closed my case without an explanation. So because it took me another 30 days to make it down there because of my medical issues and no one picking up calls so you can explain or get answer I'm told there's nothing they can do, even though they have my paperwork and I have to restart. Disabled Veteran on a fixed income, no job, and no food. You would think a human being would be sympathetic. Make a system that actually helps people. Since they decided to do that I requested Medicaid and I believe it’s called cash advance. I’m going to hit them over the head and it will cost them more.

I don't understand what everyone problem is with this place? Those people were awesome. I have all compliments. Everyone was nice. Everyone was helpful. I got all the information I needed and more. Thank you guys for all your hard work. Even security did a fantastic job. Only thing I can say negative is that they are understaffed, severely. This is why we need more good people in the world that want to help people. Salute to all of you.

This office is much more organized now compared to when I went 2 years ago I went in at 9:00 am to ask about my snap benefits and the staff that were there were very helpful and they were able to answer my questions and concerns regarding my snap benefits. The only thing I don’t recommend is not to call this office cause they will never pick up the phone it’s much easier to go in person early in the morning since no one goes there at that time but just glad I had a better experience this time around.

Going to give this a 5 just to counteract all the negativity. My real rating would)d be a four.

They have helped me and my great grandmother. I prefer this location to the one in Jamaica.

The people who work her work long hours working to help people. Sometimes the rudest nastiest people. Some who are just impatient in life and some who are recovering or active addicts who tend to be focused on themselves (generalization).

It's not a bad place. They are helpful. You might come across some bad eggs but keep at things and you'll be okay.

I wish that I can give this nasty azz place no stars. The whole place isn't ran right , the security provokes you to want to catch an assault case and the workers don't know what they are doing. The City/Gov needs to fire all their workers and hire experienced people that knows how to do their job.

they’ve set up their phone message system to sound like someone picks up and then sets the phone down. 1 month with no response from this office, and I have a broken leg I can’t just make my way over. this has to be illegal
