Incredibly friendly, helpful and creative staff. Ordered 3 banners for my business, and they were extremely helpful with all my revision requests and we received the finished product quicker than the estimated time. I was originally going to order on one of the online banner companies, but so glad I didn’t. Revamp had better pricing, better product design, and they are local! Great experience, I will be using them for ALL our business needs in the future.

Stopped by to check out there work. I walked into this awesome wall with different designs and ideas. They where able to put a design together for me on the same day for my baby shower. I went back and ordered Channel letters and they came out Absolutely Amazing! Before I forget they also wrap cars, vans, trucks! Had a sign created and some gift bags printed on for a bridal show last minute and Revamp really came through for me. Razi & Brenda went above and beyond to save me and get my rush ordered done. I highly recommend this place and they have great customer service.

Paid roughly $1,400 to re-finish & glue a store sign that broke. Razi assured me it would be good as new so I decided to give it a shot.

One severe storm a few weeks later, the sign broke on the same spot again. The lights also went out at this time behind this same spot. 0% of my neighbors' signs broke in this storm.

Razi was willing to glue the sign back together, but when we noticed the lights went out as well, he wanted me to pay $100 more for service, plus material.🤣
He insisted it's a pure coincidence that the lights went out in the same spot at the same time, because the light bulbs were not physically shattered...😐 Razi stated he wouldn't even honor a 3rd party electrician's opinion on this. That seems either dishonest or dumb, but after some tries, I decided not to waste any more time with him.

At this point I should be concerned that it's not just the bulbs, since the inside of the sign was exposed to the rain and wind for an extended amount of time.

Let's not forget - I initially offered to pay for the material before anything was said or done because I wanted to give him credit for trying despite not living up to the original claim that it would be as good as new.

During this project and follow-ups, they consistently missed their own timelines without any notice/communication.

The price also changed from our initial verbal agreement once they started the job.

Looking back, all the bad signs were there, no pun intended, and I kept trying to give them the benefit of doubt. Just sharing so others can learn from my experience... for my two cents, I recommend shopping with a business that prioritizes integrity.

Bonus story on T-shirt Printing - during all this, I tried to give them more business on printing some t-shirts & got a quote, but it cost almost double what I ended up paying online, which would've raised prices significantly for my customers. I was looking for a simple design, and am fine with using a computer and making graphic edits - so that was not worth it for me.

It's been wonderful working with Revamp Signs. They were quick to respond throughout the whole process. There were a few hiccups here and there with the install process (just like you'd expect with any big project), but their customer service was beyond great. It was probably even better with the hiccups bc we were able to see just how great their problem solving skills are. We are so happy we decided to go with them. Raziel, Brenda and the whole team are awesome!
