I ordered scratch off tickets for our Small Business Saturday event coming up. The staff is very friendly and does a good job communicating throughout the entire process. The ordering process was very simple, and after our order had been placed our scratch off cards came very quickly! The only issue I have is that some of border on a lot our scratch cards were cut off a bit which makes them look uneven. Some also had crinkles or imperfections in the paper and printing. Overall the customer service and turnaround time was great, but I feel, for the price, the quality could be a bit better.
