I wasn’t impressed with this program or the support team. We used it consistently for three months in my small marketing business, and encountered numerous issues. While we reached out for support, the assistance provided fell short—especially considering the price we were paying.

This program isn’t very user-friendly, and if you run into notification issues, don’t expect much help. Despite adding it as a contact, removing it from junk, and trying other fixes, I still had issues that weren’t resolved. I eventually gave up, and no one followed up to see if it was working. I ended up just having my team text me when they scheduled something. This notification issue was also IN the program itself, where it would not show any new added tasks. The staff were notified, and no resolution was ever provided.

As someone who works daily with technology, user-friendly websites, and social media, I found many areas in this program that need significant improvement. They also don’t provide a renewal notification, so we missed the one-day cancellation window and were automatically locked in for another three months at $300. Overall, very disappointing experience with this company. We ended up finding an alternative platform with the same features and more, fully integrated with other tools, and saved over $100 per month. Needless to say, we won't be back, nor will we refer this to any other marketing businesses we are connected with.

Lacking features, UX is bad.
The most confusing software ever used, a simple thing, try to post a video to test - can't do that, only button"send now"?! or "schedule", then, 'scheduling' didn't work?! UI is just confusing as hell. No option to customise thumbnail for Tiktok. No Playlist options for Youtube. Ridiculous! I've tried so many social media apps, this one is one of the worst.

I've just finished the trial period a few days ago and have obviously had lots of questions in regards to the service and wow their customer service is brilliant!

A general overview of the actual platform so far is that it is honestly fantastic. I trialled and had demos of around 10 different social management platforms and Sendible stuck out to me like a sore thumb!

From the get go their sales customer service was great, during the trial period the technical support has been outstanding, just everyone is great!

The platform is so simple to use and also has if you need them the advanced features and by far one of the best report systems out there!

I cannot recommend this platform enough! Talk to the sales team today!

After a lot of research and trials I finally decided to upgrade my social management platform to Sendible. It's been a year, and I could not be happier with my decision. It's saved me time, made me more productive, and the reporting has impressed my clients. I can honestly say I would be lost without it. Worth every penny (and then some). Oh, and aside from being a powerful tool their support staff is amazing, and always happy to help with questions and concerns. In my mind there is no other tool - I'll be a Sendible user for life.

I tried Sensible earlier this year, went away and tried some others and have since come back. In comparison to other social media scheduling apps, its excellent. Very easy to set up and a great interface. Thank you to the sendible team for creating such a user friendly and efficient social media planning app.
