Cherry was our server at Shivas tonight. Service was great. Food was amazing. First time here and the meat dinner for 2 was the perfect sampler. We did level 8 spicy. We could have done level 10 I think. Everything from the soup, main dishes, and desert were amazing!

Five stars! This place was absolutely amazing—the food, the service, and everything else exceeded our expectations. The food was served quickly and efficiently, and it was always warm and fresh. They even treated us with special goodies.
As a family of six, we truly appreciated the exceptional attention we received. The staff was incredibly kind, went above and beyond. The level of care was far beyond the usual service.

First time dining at Shivas. It was a unique experience. Nice ambiance with good and attentive service. We had the Royal dinner for two. We ordered it mild hot. Every dish came with good presentation, and good taste, delicious rice and naan. Enjoyed the dessert after the meal. Ordering the Royal was the best option allowing to try all of the delicious dishes and desserts.

We made an appointment to eat here early, as all the spots fill up at 7 through 9. The tables were very clean, it had a nice atmosphere, and the food only took a couple minutes to reach us. We requested for mild food, and thankfully, that was exactly what we got. Even the younger people who were with us were able to eat the food comfortably. Rice is free and unlimited is allowed, and they give complimentary rice kheer after dinner. The waiters and waitresses were very kind and often helped us with things like refilling the kids cup and closing the lid, or gladly fetching something that was accidentally not included in the order. There were many vegetarian options which was good.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing, and the drink, a mango and tamarind margarita, was one of the best I've ever had—so flavorful and refreshing. We tried many dishes and they were all delicious. By far the best Indian food we’ve had! Everything was very flavorful and the amount of spice was perfect. I would fly back into Dallas just to eat here again!
