Shannon is a great person to work with and cares about the customers and treats them with respect which is hard to come by these days. I got vinyl lettering for my company on a cargo trailer. Meghan said the bunched up vinyl and air bubbles were normal and that it would fix itself but I refused to comply.The front desk lady, Jackie just sat there ignoring me and said absolutely nothing to me when I came in to pickup the trailer and pay remainder until another employee came and asked if I needed help. I do believe the company would benefit from better employees. Shannon came and verified those issues weren’t normal and came herself to fix it as much as possible with her heat gun and tools. She gave me a 6 month warranty on the bunched areas which she didn’t have to do that. Thanks again Shannon!

Very professional and understanding people to work with. Owning my own business I couldn't always reply right away, but they were patient and respectful. They took my idea for my truck and made it a reality. No bubbles in the wrap at all just perfection. I will be taking EVERY vehicle I get to them in the future. 10/10 experience! Highly recommend.

Horrible experience. I emailed Sign Center with some concerns on the final product; there were several issues such as uneven cut marks and large air bubbles throughout the sign. The owner's daughter, Becky, called me and literally yelled at me. And I mean literally in the literal sense -- it was full on out-of-the-blue screaming over the telephone. I own a business in a service industry where I deal with hundreds of people one-on-one in our community every day and this call took my breath away. When I asked if this was what their business called "customer service" I was told "they did not need a management lesson".

What's weird is that I never implied I would not pay for the services we received, I just wanted the issues with the sign fixed or repaired somehow -- but I was threatened with legal action. Over a $250 job. For pointing out flaws in the workmanship. Okay. Sometimes a few hundred bucks is a small price to pay to know who to avoid. There are some holes in the ground you don't stick your hand down, and this is one of them. My business is expanding and I planned on giving them over $30K in near-future orders, but I guess I will be using someone else. What a disappointment.

Someone from Sign Center stopped into our business soliciting work on our signs. She was wearing a tube top under a jacket, mini skirt and knee high socks and sporting a thigh tattoo. Less than professional, to say the least. Not a place I would call for any type of worked based on this.

Horrible customer service!!! I paid for decals to be placed on my Camaro and they didn't even center them! When I went to talk to them about it the lady freaked out on me and refused to refund the money for the work and decals....horrible!!!!
