Our company wanted vinyl decals for our fleet in order to make all the units to have similar lettering. We took our ideas to sign design and they did a good job making the lettering that captured spirit of our ideas. That did take an extended amount of time (about 8 weeks) not a huge deal because we were updating lettering we already had on the trucks. I called this morning to see if they could install the graphics on my truck since I had a slow day. They explained that if I wished to pay an additional fee for same day service they could. They already charge $200 for the install, but it would be $325 for me. I wouldn't have been upset if they had offered to try it another time when they weren't so busy. They may have mistook my request for a rush order but the fee seemed like like plenty either way. I chose to just carry out the graphics and will find someone else to apply them.

Went/called 3 times trying to place and order and they haven’t acknowledged anything or contacted me in over 2 months about it. We basically have no choice but to go elsewhere outside of wooster.

Creative and professional staff. Ken and his staff outdid themselves. From the first phone call to finished product the experience was awesome. I was speechless with the quality and fast turn around. I would recommend them to anyone and I will use them again for future company vehicles. The price was reasonable for the quality workmanship and expertise we received.
