I would have gave this company 2 stars total initially for their service and the overall experience working with them but after today i'm going to have to go with one star. Initially these guys seemed like down to Earth and professional people but I gotta say I am extremely disappointed with this company and the services they claimed they would provide but did not fully follow through with. So basically we contacted them about making some signs for our recording studio in North Hollywood; One big banner, a parking sign and window decals of our logo and social media icons for our studio glass door and we paid good money for all of them and should have received wayyy better quality and service.

The banner went up fine and is still fine to this day, the window decals for our studio door did not go as smooth and took longer than quoted or expected to complete. When the guy Gustavo who installed it peeled off the logo decal onto the window I noticed a few very recognizable defects in the lettering and logo and brought it up to him right away. His response was verbatim "well you can only see that when you get up close to it" I was baffled by such a response given the fact that we paid for their services, we didn't pay for a logo with defects and noticeable markings so our customers can see them. It was like pulling teeth to get them to reprint the logo and come back and put a new one on. He pretty much developed an attitude of impatience and disdainment for the rest of the project.

The last sign was the parking sign and that was even more a disaster. We were very clear with them when discussing the parking sign that we didn't know fully what we needed and requested their recommendations to be the right material and be able to withstand the wind and California weather. We did not tell them that there was any budget issues, we just wanted something presentable and that would last. They assured us of a vinyl and aluminum sign that it would last and be able to withstand the conditions we were concerned about. That was not the case 6 months later. We told them to put it at a certain height due to the fact it was hung on a gate to a parking lot off of the sidewalk and they didn't do that. It was pretty low to the point where a pedestrian could hit their head on it if they weren't paying attention. We had some things to take care of so we were tending to those and went back and realized it wasn't at an appropriate height and it took them a couple times to come back and re-hang it at the height we requested in the first place that lasted almost a week to complete because they kept putting it at the wrong height. The second time it seemed like they were being sarcastic because they hung it way too high. Most of the time there wasn't much communication if any to the point where they would show up and take the sign down without even contacting us. Where is the professionalism with people these days?

Smdh so fast forward to today on a very windy day and after the "aluminum" material was ripping like paper for the past week and a half it got completely ripped off of the gate. I contacted Cynthia right away when we noticed that the sign was starting to tear over a week ago and even reminded her that they recommended we get this sign with this weight and material and alluded to the fact that it doesn't seem like it's heavy enough. She asked me to send her pictures of the sign damage which I did and then she turned around and emailed me that they are booked for the holidays and it looks like we need a new sign, wow! $1,100 and that's the type of business and lack of professionalism we receive from these guys? Smdfh be cautious of doing business with these guys unless you are getting a lot of work done for a lot of money. What I extrapolated from our experience is they really only care about the big jobs and aren't too much concerned with making an impression with smaller businesses!
