We have gone to Social Snacks for two different projects - both involving doctors and patients which require finding a team with patience and sensitivity to accomplish the goal. The team always brings the right amount of warmth and compassion when interviewing, what are often, patients battling life & death diseases so they feel comfortable enough to share their stories. The same crew handles doctors with a firm, professional manner that encourages cooperation and enthusiasm. It is not always easy interviewing doctors with coordinating schedules and limited interview times, but the Snack Team makes it work. The edit process has always been fast and easy and we had plenty of time to get everyone onboard, even with tight deadlines. I actually received compliments from some of the doctors who do not give out accolades easily! It made my team look good!

When we team up with Social Snacks, they bring a lot of out-of-the-box thinking to our video strategy and execution. ALX Creatives worked with the Snack Team on several client projects to create high-quality video content on an ongoing basis as we planned our content calendar. Social videos require multiple versions that are made to fit multiple social media platforms and that is what this team delivers. Social Snacks created a system for viewing the videos and providing the links to match each of the platforms so my team had the option to work with the content any way they wanted. There is a lot of testing that goes into finding the right approach on social, the Snack Team works with us to rework videos and make edits that help improve engagement. Budgets are tight, so we love that Social Snacks finds ways to rework video content to create new concepts and new content we can use without over-tapping resources or risking quality.

If you want to have a great experience, hire Social Snacks. They help you overcome your fear, make you look good AND, inspire you to voice your message in a clear way. On top of that they are fun to work with! Frankly all of us from Tiara LLC were not really looking forward to get on video but we had the strong feeling that we needed to amp up our (social media) game. Tracy and her team guided us all the way through the proces from makeup and how to look better on camera, to asking meaningful questions relevant to our business and editing all of it into their brilliant snack format. After the one day of shooting all the material Social Snacks instructed us how to best use it and encouraged us to keep going online and become more camera savvy (or for sure less reluctant :)) and do our own video's on a regular basis. We are still work in progress but we would never be where we are now without them!
