I've been going to Spa Social for over a year and I love it! Katie makes you feel so comfortable and welcomed. She provides some great after care instructions which is important when you are a first timer. She's fantastic. Gia is outstanding...she does my eyebrows and I always get compliments on how great they look. She really understands skincare. Both Gia and Katie are sure to create a near painless experience when it comes to waxing. I always feel beautiful when I leave Spa Social. They have also been extremely vigilant in taking care of their customers and their staff during this pandemic. I feel very safe going to see either them and having my services taken care of by them. If you are looking for a great spot to take care of your beauty needs look no further.

I love, love, love Gia and her facials. I'm not even sure how long I've been going, but it's been a while. I always appreciated her work and referred friends, but it wasn't until I moved out of state and have been struggling to find someone as good as her that I've really appreciated how skilled she is. Her facials are both relaxing and effective. I've literally fallen asleep before and I've also come in with the worst breakouts and had my skin calmed down and back in good condition because of Gia. Miss you so much!

I had been going to this salon for about five years. I always tipped very generously, over 25% (often 30% to 40%) and gave a donation during the pandemic to help them pay for rent, when they couldn’t open because of Covid restrictions (didn’t receive anything for it, but it was the right thing to do) I felt bad for them as I’m a compassionate person. I’ve always Booked appointments online, never had a problem until today. My most recent appointment, was randomly “lost”. I did not find out it had been “lost” until I pulled up to the salon, which is over an hour away with with traffic. When I showed them the confirmation email received from the booking platform, the stylist responded with “I don’t know what to tell you, I can’t see you today. Sorry.” Pretty insincerely too, without any resolution like “let’s book another appointment” or “let me see what I can work out”. I received no notice this appointment was canceled. I recently recovered from major surgery and had to cancel my last two appointments more than 24 hours in advance, as I could not sit up or drive. If this is how they do business, they are completely incompassionate , immature and unprofessional. I’m so glad that my pandemic donation, extra tipping went to such unworthy people. This is VERY unprofessional. If this is how they do business, do you really want to be a patron?

Cant put into words the incredible experience I had while visiting spa social.. I got my hair done by Anna Marie, and I must say my hair NEVER looked better.. But before my hair, I had the whole spa experience with Gia and my oh my, my body neve looked or felt better. So if you want my opinion of Spa social, all I can say is DONT HESITATE, GO FOR IT!

On Halloween 2019, it was snowing, and me and my two kids trick or treated here. They got candy, I was given a Spa Social branded baggie of red wine and a straw. Core memory!!!
