We are in Show Low for the season and needed internet service to be able to still run our small business. Spark light was the recommendation and we attempted to get service with them. We called and got an account set up and was told to go to the office to pick up the equipment so we could install it. We got there 1 minute too late and had to wait past the holiday. We go pick up the equipment the following business day and attempted to install it, but there was nowhere to plug in the coax cable, and not signal was coming through the air. We called customer service and they said that it would be over a month before someone could come figure out how to get it set up. We ended up going to Verizon and getting internet through them. When we went to return the equipment for a refund (because we never had service), we were told that someone could be sent out today. We told her thanks, but no thanks because we were already with a different provider.

Everyone that we dealt with was very polite, they were just not able to get us service in a timely manner, which we required for our small business.

We had sketchy Internet issues and Loren took care of all problems starting with replacing bad exterior cable then updating modem and router. This guy is good, checked signals before and after work. What a difference. Highly recommend Loren if you're having issues. Thanks again Loren

My experience with Sparklight here in Show Low has been excellent. The internet is the fastest I have ever had. Its reliable and has RARELY gone out. Customer service has been good to me and helpful if I had questions.

They dont even service all of Show Low. But parts of White Mountain Lakes can get wifi, just not people who live in town.

(8/21 edit) I called a few week ago to see if there was any changes yet no. I hate Frontier internet but thats all we have available in the main part of town 🙂

Terrible customer service! They made an error on my bill but refused to issue a full credit for the error, instead only pro-rating the error based on the date I called about it! I've been a Sparklight customer for more than 10 years yet they argued with me over $2.58!! I will find another internet provider after this shameful display of customer service!!!

For my rural area Sparklight offers stable and fast Internet service for a decent price. However, their TV offerings leave much to be desired, way too expensive and now, only available as a streaming service with a app that cost $12 a month over and above what you’re paying to stream. I have been in technology all my life and now that I am retired, I don’t want to deal with figuring out how to set up their streaming service, which doesn’t seem to include very many of the channels I like anyway. So I canceled that piece of my service package and went elsewhere. Internet service recommended, TV streaming service not recommended.

We have been out of our local channels all damn day, 10-14-2024
The message states error we will return shortly this started around 12:00 midnight and here it is 7:00 pm and still no local channels
We pay our bills and expect to have our local channels this is BS

Don't, and I mean don't get service from Show Low, AZ Sparklight. When I had my cable set-up, I was told a date. They showed up and made little effort and could not set it up. They decided that the next customer was more important than me because they couldn't figure out how to setup my cable box, but promised to come back that same day after the more important customer. Then... they turned around and cancelled my appointment without notifying me, causing me to lose a day of work and having to take off work another day. Then when I moved back to Ohio, I called to cancel service and was told once I turn back in the box that I would get a refund for the rest of the month. I had paid for a whole month, only used two days of that month. I turned the cable box in. I waited for my refund and received nothing. When I called the Customer Service was horrible and would say that I owed them nothing. Which I already knew!!!!! I explained the situation, but customer service was unhelpful and just kept repeating the same stupid line that I don't owe them anything rather than ever discussing the refund part. I WOULD GIVE THE "0" STARS IF I COULD!!!!!!!! ?
