Not the best plans nor help available. But quick to take your money. And then, once they take your money. Good luck getting it back. You chat with someone and they just say tough luck and disconnect. But they really don't hire folks for their sunny disposition. But as the reply says...call in and we will once again give it to you.

Actually I hadn't been into the local Spectrum office in a while....I normally pay my bill online. I had questions regarding the Government internet program and I was provided with a phone number to call. However the number was for a third party not Spectrum which was not the lead I asked for!

Their Tech's are extremely Lazy and Clueless!!!! The majority anyway they do have a select few that actually do their job... This is not for the Selma office but I'm speaking of the Montgomery office

Called spectrum about their promo that they are pushing for $29.99. Spoke with a representative about the promo. He ask some questions, and I answered them. I asked if I had to do a automatic draft, and they replied yes. Well I send in a check every month for my internet and streaming. I don't get it. What am I missing here.

Wi-Fi is always cutting off and just 17 times.
Spectrum you real suck and I don’t recommend this to anyone
