I stopped into to Splott looking to purchase a fat head for my wife's birthday. However , as I looked around at some of the displays I began to feel uncomfortable. There were a a lot of samples that looked like licensed products. I am familiar with how expensive the process can be to obtain these types of agreements. I asked the man standing at the desk how he obtained all of these( being a Mom and pop's operation ) simply out of curiosity. The man danced around the question so I simply left the shop. Not the type of people I want to do buisness with.

Actually I was a customer of yours and you chose to spread lies on a personal level about me. Apparently I wasn’t the only customer mistreated. These reviews are interesting to say the least. Not sure why you claim they are all me. Makes you look a little paranoid don’t you think?

Update 4/6/2025. I have asked Dan Soulsby ( Splott owner ) to take down the pictures my family and me from his website 27 times ( documented). He chooses to leave the images on his site. I will continue to be a gentleman about this unfortunate situation.

I’m not even sure how you can have a bad experience with a sign company, but I did. The workers were rude and couldn’t care less that I needed banners done for our team quickly. I know we were tight on time, but they treated us like they couldn’t care less. So much for a caring, local company. Luckily, we were able to find someone just 10 minutes away that was awesome, local, and took care of us.

My Dad wanted to do something special for my son last spring for his graduation. I suggested that they stop up at Splott and purchase a fat head for him. They ended up getting one. The product turned out ok but my dad felt uncomfortable with the experience. Dan asked him to do a Google review. My Dad said he would think about it. Then Dan asked him again when he went back in to pick up the product. My dad already felt uncomfortable since he was close to buying an Ohio State O but he noticed there was no license trademark on the sample……….

March 3rd… A follow up to my initial review above.. Because I gave a less than stellar review I’m being accused of being a troll, and not who I say I am to discredit my review of this business.. I could not care less what the owners “political views” are.. My review stands as stated.. Do better business, and STOP soliciting for POSITIVE reviews you didn’t earn.. When you try to discredit your customers who have already tried and disliked the way you do business, it speaks follows about how you will treat the next customer that walks through the door.. I see that every NEGATIVE review you received you responded with the same claim of someone being a troll.. I suggest you clean you act up, and earn people’s business; without trying to dupe customers with fake positive reviews.. I believe we are done here..

Splott graphics is my go to for signs, banners, design and more! From the first time I met Dan and Mindy, I felt like family. They are friendly, professional, talented and always exceeded my expectations in service and speed. Mindy is an incredible graphic designer with creativity and patience - a stellar combo! 5+ stars!!

I don't know why this review was responded to so late and then I received notification from Google that they are claiming me to be someone named BJ. You may have a beef with someone personally, but I have nothing to do with that.
My review is still accurate, and now I wish I could make it zero stars because you don't even care that you treated us poorly. You only care about your beef with this guy.

We chose them because they are local, but they weren't easy to deal with and seemed like the other things they were working on were more important. As a result, we found another locally owned printer to get the rest of our big heads and banners. I love using local, but they didn't treat us like a local company should. As a bonus, the other place was less expensive for the same exact item.

I have a friend, Kevin Jordan, that left a one star review and Splott Graphics suppressed the review. It shows on his feed as a submitted review, but immoral companies such as Splott have the ability to hide them. Just as they will hide this one and God knows how many other one star reviews they hide. This tells you everything you need to know about this company. Beware of using a dishonest company such as this.

Wow. So, first you block my friend, Kevin's review. And now you come on here falsely naming me as someone I'm not. Please feel free to look at my thumb in my review of the Popeye's chicken in Macedonia and compare it to this BJ guy. Since you are so intimate with him, I'm sure you will know what his thumb looks like or can troll him to see what it looks like online. I think you will find the thumb to be mine, not his. What's more, why are you holding back reviews and blocking when you're business does something poorly? Customers - this is what you get when you deal with Splott. Name calling, blocking reviews, etc. Anything BUT good service. Take your business to another local printer.
